Over the years, hair transplants have gotten a bad rep for their effectiveness & ability to appear natural. Since the dated technology proved to show inconsistent results, Dr. Steven Davis has typically stayed away from them. Aside from the incredible results of PRP, hair transplants have been avoided, until now!
Here at Davis Cosmetic Plastic Surgery, we remain proud of the fact we have stayed ahead of the curve in the world of plastic surgery. With brand new technology surfacing, hair transplants are now being reintroduced to the practice! Fortunately, this updated procedure isn’t your grandparent’s hair transplant.
Stay tuned to learn more about hair transplants and how they have again been on the rise in 2021!

You know here at Davis Cosmetic Plastic Surgery we’re always trying to stay ahead of the curve and come up with new things to do. So, I just wanted to talk with you about a new thing that we’re doing here.
Many years ago, I used to do a lot of hair transplants and I stopped doing it because I just didn’t think the technology was really enough to really bring it to the practice and to really take the time that I thought it was necessary to take in order to get a really, really natural result.
Well, I have to tell you something there’s brand new technology that we just brought into the practice, so that we’re gonna start doing hair transplants all over again, but it’s not going to be like your grandfather’s or your grandmother’s a hair transplantation.
This is gonna be something that women and men can both have done in either big areas or small patches where you may have started to see some hair loss. And the thing that it’s making it so exciting for me, is because it’s now going to be done here in a very elegant way.
And I want you to really stay tuned to hear about more how we’re going to introduce this to just everyone because we have patients that have been coming in very happy about the PRP that we’ve been doing to get their hair more youthful to make their hair look more robust and thicker.
But areas that are just really not growing a lot of hair we will have to do some sort of a transplant where we’re taking it from places that are growing real well and put them into areas that are more sparse. We can do that in an eyebrow. We could do it in different areas of the scalp in little alcoves and in this crown.
So, it doesn’t have to be the old-fashion hair transplants that you may have heard about. So stay tuned, because I’m very excited about it. Bye-bye.
